Parents: I have talked with my child (potential FCA Camper) about going to FCA Camp. We know the dates of the FCA Camp my child wants to attend and their calendar is free. We understand we may be responsible for transportation to and from FCA Camp. We understand all waivers and forms MUST be filled out ONLINE in order to confirm my camper's FCA Camp Registration. We understand that, if for any reason my child is unable to attend FCA Camp, I will contact the Heart of Georgia FCA office promptly and let them know so they may award the scholarship to another Camper.
